Volunteering
We value creating this event together. We’ll need help during the event to prepare and carry out activities during the event. We’d really appreciate if you could contribute an hour or two during the event to help us run it. It allows us to keep the cost of the event down.
Tickets
We’ll released 100 full passes on a sliding scale. The recommended donation is 115€ which will allow to pay for venues, teachers, and DJs who we want to pay and treat fairly for the event. If you can afford to support the event, we recommend a donation of 140€, which allows for people with low income to buy tickets and possibly pay our teachers a little extra. If the event sells out, we will not issue party passes.
Children below the age of 16 do not need a ticket, but must be accompanied by a participant.
Housing
We may try to facilitate housing, please let us know if finding housing at a community member’s home is mandatory for your participation in EMF.
Cancellation policy
Tickets are transferable if the event is sold out: up to a week before the event, reach out to the organizer (through facebook or the contact form) to indicate you’d like to transfer your ticket. Your ticket will be refunded and we will sell it to the person on top of the waiting list. If you’re on the waiting list, you have 24h to manifest your interest before we move to the next person on the list.
During the last week, we will not facilitate transfers, you will be able to transfer tickets to anyone by notifying the organizers.
